Idcirco ego Osmundus, rogatus a comite meo Walhere ut sibi aliquantulam terram ad construendum in ea monasterium largire dignarer, cuius precibus accomodans eandem terram de qua suggerere uidebatur pro remedio anime mee imperpetuum tradens libenter inpendo, id est .xii. tributarios terre que appellatur Ferryng', cum totis ad eam pertinentibus rebus, campis, siluis, pratis, fluminibus, fontanis, et siluaticia Coponora et Titlesham.
